OUR SERVICES

  • You Wash

    Our self-service tub stations are equipped with one step up the front and access on all 3 sides of the tub.

    We supply tearless face wash, shampoo and conditioner, ear cleaner, towels, aprons, brushes, and more! Each tub is fenced in separately from the other tub stations.

    We have 3 separate glass-enclosed dry rooms all equipped with a grooming table, K9 II force dryers, and plenty of ventilation.

    WE DO NOT PROVIDE SISSORS OR CLIPPERS but we are more than happy to shave out a matt for you.

    The best part is you get to leave your mess with us, no need to clean up! First time bathing your pup, no problem, ask us for a lesson, we are here to help!

  • We Wash

    We offer 3 different types of bathing services:

    Wash n Go, Full Service, and Furminator (deshed service). Further description is below in the pricing menu.

    All services include a nail clip, ear cleaning, standard brush out, and complementary bandanas with eligibility for add-on services.

    Add-on services should be asked about when booking. Extra time or senior spaw specialists may be required for your appointment.

    Not all add-ons can be added at drop-off.

  • Grooming

    We are an appointment based company, we do not offer mass drop off appointments. Meaning your pet is the only worked on during the appointment time. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please give us 24 hours’ notice to avoid a penalty charge. This penalty charge will be 50% of the base price of your pup’s cut.

    Small - Medium breeds typically take 1-2 hours. Large - Giant breeds typically take about 2-3 hours.

    Haircutting includes breed-specific haircuts & custom cutting, bath, blow dry, brush out, gland expression, nail clip, ear cleaning, and ear plucking.

    Add-on services are always available for grooms, ask upon booking. Extra time may be required for your appointment.

    We take our last self WASH 30 mins before close. We recommend coming at least 1 hour before close if you would like to self wash with BLOW DRY.

  • A 15-minute consult is required for all color dyeing requests the dog must be present at the consult. Price quotes will be given at that time.

    Note that colors show up stronger on lighter coats.

    Dyes offered

    Washable (chalk/gel)

    • Colors will come out with one bath or water alone.

    Airbrush

    • Colors can last past a few washes keeping very faint colors.

    Semipermanent

    • Lasts multiple weeks to months depending on coat texture and coat color.

  • WE ARE A FLEA-FREE FACILITY! Please make sure pets are treated before appointments.

  • We DO NOT do heavy de-matting as it can be very painful for your dog; we will discuss “start-over” haircuts.

  • We caution against shaving double-coated breeds and may require a waiver.

  • Specialty (doodles, poodles, and other “designer” breeds and giant breeds) are priced based on size, coat condition, and TIME it takes to complete bath/dry/groom.
